Straighten arm to strike target
Fist should travel from high to low
Drop body weight by bending the knees
Hook Kick
Hook kick begins like a side kick that misses to 45 degrees
Heel should be closer to the target than toes
Heel is pulled to the butt
Ending chamber looks like a roundhouse kick
